The machine is designed to remove gray, brown or red coating which remains on rice after shelling.

The construction of the machine is very rigid. The main part of the machine is the cast iron grooved cone fitted on steel shaft with Taper Roller & Ball Bearing. The cone is covered with perforated sheet fitted with Rubber Liners.

It consumes less power & the Percentage of breakage is nominal.

Emery Stone on the Cone should not be oval.

The clearance between the Emery Stone & the Rubber Liners should be uniform throughout.

There should be no cracks or pits on the Emery stone.

The R.P.M. of Emery stone should not be more than specified by the Manufacturers.
